I really love that saying! One of my favorite quotes from my training with Silvana is definitely this one:

 

"If you can do something, why worry?

If you can’t do something, why worry?

So, conclusion? Do not worry!"

 

This quote has stuck with me, and every time I start to spiral into overthinking, I remind myself of these words, and it really helps. It’s like a mental reset.
