Hello, everyone,

Most of you know me as someone who is everywhere at the same time, but now I want to show you who I have learned to be. I want to show you what my journey has been like and still is. I want you to see what change means, I want to share what I know because I know there are people who are afraid to take the step toward change. I want to normalize therapy, sports, and self-love/self-respect because I have learned what these mean. I want us to be more aware of our lives, to be present in the moment. It's important to realize that every change has two sides. I will go deeper into this topic as we go along.

And I am not just any teenager, I have learned who I am. I know what makes me the person I am, but all of this I have learned over time. I am an open and empathetic person. I am fascinated by medicine. I have learned to respect and love myself.

Why did I decide to share my story? That's a very good question. Since I started working on myself, I have received many compliments and questions about my vibe. But the key point was a hairdresser who, after a few sentences exchanged, told me that I inspire her and that I am very wise.
